Shipping Charges: Include carrier shipping rate plus $0.75 handling charge to help defray packaging supplies & expenses. (Note: carrier charge includes an 8 ounce tare weight per order)
We gladly combine shipping for multiple items.
Returns: Please email us for a Return Authorization number at sales@meteka.net
Shipping charges to and/or from customer are not refundable for items returned due to order cancelation, wrong purchase, or fault of customer. Returns for reasons other than damaged (faulty) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Freight collect and/or COD returns will not be accepted.
